Software and payment-processing costs are passed through at cost and listed in your proposal. Agreements run 6 months, with check-ins at 1 and 3 months. Prices only change at renewal, with 30 days' written notice explaining why, unless your scope changes a lot and we both agree in writing.

Setup is $300 to start. Toolkit and Partner are priced for your business, because every contractor's jobs, crew and software are different. Your proposal shows how we got to the number.

We set things up with proven tools (for example, Xero, Stripe and a crew time-tracking and scheduling app) plus DAAG's own quote and job-cost templates. Already use Jobber, Housecall Pro or QuickBooks? We can set that up right and connect it.
What we don't do
We don't do website design, branding or marketing, file taxes, or give legal or engineering advice. We'll point you to someone who does.
Common questions
Do I have to switch software?
No. If you already use Jobber, Housecall Pro or QuickBooks, we can set it up right and connect it.
What does my crew have to do?
Clock in and out by job and snap receipts on their phones, a minute or two a day. We set it up and show them how.
Is crew tracking about watching my workers?
No. It tracks hours and expenses by job so jobs are costed right and pay is accurate. We help you explain it to your crew up front.
How long is the agreement?
6 months, with check-ins at 1 and 3 months. Prices only change at renewal, with 30 days' written notice.
How do I pay?
Monthly in advance by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Bank transfer costs less in processing fees.
What if you get something wrong?
We fix it on our time. If we miss a written promise, we keep working at no extra charge until it's done.
Who sees my numbers?
Only you and DAAG. Your data is never sold.
